Online Orders

Do not hesitate to call your store for any questions regarding:

  • the delivery as well as the timeframe, date, or time of delivery of your order;
  • recovery of a pallet left behind during delivery;
  • the pairing of orders to be delivered;
  • picking up your order;
  • a change or correction of your contact information;
  • removal of an item;
  • any return, exchange or refund of items ordered (see our return and refund policy).

Technical Support

Our business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Although we strive to respond to all emails the same day or the next business day, a response time of 24 to 48 business hours is to be expected in the event of a very busy period. If your situation is urgent, contact one of our stores.

Complaint

Our complaints are usually handled by each store’s management team. If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact your store’s customer service department. You can find your branch phone number using our store locator.
