After making your online purchase, you will have 10 days to pick up your order in store. Some orders do take longer, however, due to quantities in stock and opening hours. When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email. Please wait for this email before coming to the store. When you get to the store, go to the special services desk in the reception area. You will need a piece of identification and the confirmation email (on paper or on your cell phone). You will also be asked to show the credit card you used when making your purchase.
For security reasons, please note that you cannot send a replacement to pick up your order. Only customers who placed an order can pick it up.
